I worked with the team at New Service Network to establish the user experience for their flagship product
ServiceTask was a web application that helped you handle the business side of your service business.
I was approached by the ServiceTask team while their product was in it's infancy. Their development team had created a rough prototype loaded with features they thought their target customer would need. Beta testers were having trouble understanding what the product did and how to use it, so the team brought me on to define the visual style and cull the features to those most useful to users.
After a few rounds of wireframing and gathering feedback from current customers, I designed and developed the interface for the web application, created the public-facing website and advised the team on design best-practices going forward before handing the project over to their in-house team for completion.
